1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mindnistry Volunteers mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Mindnistry Volunteers is a mobile application designed to help churches and ministries organize their Sunday services and manage volunteer assignments. The App provides features including:

• Creating and managing Sunday program schedules
• Assigning volunteers to roles and tasks
• Sharing program details with team members
• Real-time updates and notifications
• Task tracking and completion

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

The App supports two types of user accounts:

• Admin/Coordinator: Can create, edit, and manage programs and assignments
• Volunteer: Can view programs, see assigned tasks, and mark tasks as complete

3.3 Account Security

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

5. User Content and Responsibilities

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, including program schedules, assignments, and communications

5.2 Content Standards

• Content must be accurate and appropriate for a church/ministry setting
• You must not include any content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission

6.2 Your Rights

• You retain ownership of your user-generated content
• By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content to provide and improve the App

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• We may update the App with new features or changes, and you may be required to update to continue using the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party
• Any content you create or share through the App

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the App

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
